Children’s Health Foundation of Florida
Children’s Health Foundation offers financial support to families in South Florida. A child requesting support must be under 18 years old and families must live in Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach Counties, FL. Families must also be American citizens or in America legally. A child must come from a working class family, not indigent or on Medicaid. CHF helps families that fall through the cracks and can’t get help from other programs. Families fill out a short application and an answer is provided within days. A picture of the family and a picture of the child is also required on the application. Any money that is decided to be given out goes directly to the medical provider, not the family. Families never have to pay back any money.
