2025 Team Approval Timeline (dates may be subject to change)

  • April 2025 – Team Approval Application opens.
  • May 2025 – Team Approval Information Session
  • July 1, 2025 – Applications due.
  • August 2025 – Self-audit reports open and team listing invoices distributed.
  • October 31, 2025 – Self-audit reports and team listing fees due.
  • November 2025 – Teams are notified of Approval status.
  • February 2026APCA Approved Team Listings updated.
