2025 Location and Hotel

ACPA’s 2025 Annual Meeting will take place at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa. ACPA has arranged for a special block of rooms at the hotel. Upon registering for the Annual Meeting, your confirmation email will contain a link to book directly into the ACPA room block.

The room block is sold out at the Westin. The deadline for all hotel reservations was Monday, April 14. ACPA no longer has access to any discounted rates. The Courtyard and Residence Inn likely still have rooms available and it will be at the best available rate. Please book through their regular website, not through the ACPA booking link (the link is provided for reference). These hotels are within a 10-minute drive of the Westin with free transportation provided to ACPA attendees. Click here for information on both hotels.

Rate: $249 single/double plus $10 resort fee
Check-In: 4:00pm, Check-Out: 11:00am

Transportation:

Airport: Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is a 15-minute drive from the resort and is the recommended airport. Ontario (ONT) is 75 minutes away and Los Angeles (LAX) is 2.5 hours away.
Parking: Self parking is complimentary, valet is $28 per night. Hourly self parking at the Westin is $6 per hour, or daily/overnight parking is $23.
Downtown Palm Springs Shuttle: ACPA will provide shuttles between the Westin and downtown Palm Springs in the evening on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We encourage the attendees to explore the local area and experience the vibrant and diverse food scene in Palm Springs. The final shuttle schedule will be shared in the mobile app and program book.

Yoga:

Join us on the Monte Luna Lawn for a relaxing flow. Your guide will take you through various poses sure to center you and prepare you for the day ahead. Mats will be included.

Time Commitment: 6:00am – 7:00am
Cost: Free to attendees
Capacity: 25. Offered on a first come, first serve basis
Scheduled Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning
