  • Airport Transportation:
    • Taxi cabs and shared rides are readily available at both airports. Price varies.
    • The UP Express Train runs every 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. The train is 28 minutes and costs CAD 12.35 per way. Union station is a 12 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel

International Reminders:

  • All US-based travelers to the 2027 Annual Meeting are required to have a passport to gain entry into Canada. A passport is required for both air and land travel. Visas are not required for US citizens.
  • If you are traveling from outside the United States, you will either need to apply for an electronic travel authorization (eTA) or a visa. Please visit the Government of Canada website to determine what is required for entry.
  • For those that will apply for a visa for the Annual Meeting, please contact meetings@acpacares.org for a letter of invitation. Make sure to also include the The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Special Event Code for this event – 27ACPA.
