Description: Alveolar cleft bone grafting encompasses the need for and involvement of more specialty services than almost any other cleft-related procedure. This includes pediatric dental, orthodontic, speech pathology, and surgery, with potential need from other coordinating services, including social work and the team coordinator. During this webinar, we will discuss the important role of alveolar cleft bone grafting within comprehensive cleft surgical care, explain potential bone grafting options and techniques for this procedure, and go over timing considerations and implications.
