New Letter Templates for Institutional Support of Cleft and Craniofacial Teams

December 9, 2024 – ACPA is excited to share a new resource for cleft and craniofacial care teams: customizable letter templates to assist in requesting institutional support.

These templates are designed to strengthen your case for the importance of team-based interdisciplinary care:

Requesting Support to Establish a New Team: Make a compelling argument for forming a team at your institution. Download the template.
Requesting Continued Support of an ACPA Approved Team: Advocate for sustaining your team if institutional funding or support is at risk. Download the template.
