2026 Registration (In-Person & Recorded Sessions)

Register for ACPA’s Annual Meeting. The 2026 meeting will be packed with cutting-edge educational talks, panels, and courses, including two keynote speakers. New networking opportunities and social events will be held.

The American Society of Craniofacial Surgeons (ASCFS) holds their Annual Meeting during ACPA’s Annual Meeting.

Registration rates are posted below. Non-members can join ACPA or renew your membership prior to registering to receive the member price! Upon registering, your confirmation email will contain a link to book directly into the ACPA room block. The registration desk will be located on the second floor (Mezzanine) of the Hilton, across from the Grand Ballroom – stop by to check in and receive your badge.

Student members can attend the Pre-Conference Symposium at a discounted rate. Active military personnel are eligible for discounted overall registration. Please email meetings@acpacares.org to request a discount code.

Buddy Program: this program connects first-time meeting attendees with their peers. First-time attendees who opt into the program upon registering will be matched with another new attendee in the weeks leading up to the Annual Meeting. Pairs are encouraged to exchange emails prior to the meeting, meet at the New Member/First-Time Attendees Reception, and attend social events and sessions together.

Tickets Required. Please purchase lunch during registration or onsite.

The ASCFS Member Business Meeting is open only to ASCFS Voting Members (Active & Associate Members). Not sure if you should attend or need to upgrade your membership? Visit ascfs.org/membership.

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 2, 2026. A full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after March 2, 2026. Optionally, you may request to transfer the total payment to only the next year’s Annual Meeting. Submit all requests via email at meetings@acpacares.org. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Substitutions: Substitutions are accepted. A substitution of your full registration from in-person to recorded sessions, minus a $50 administrative fee, is permitted. Email the request to meetings@acpacares.org by March 9, 2026. After that date, substitutions are still accepted without a refund of the difference.

Payment Policy: Payments must be paid in full by personal or institutional check, or U.S. money order at the time of registration. Payments must be made in U.S. funds and drawn from a U.S. bank.
