January 10, 2024 – Changes to ACPA’s Bylaws and Code of Ethics were approved by the ACPA Membership in December 2023. Please find a summary of the changes below.
ACPA Bylaws
The ACPA Membership voted to adopt the following changes to the ACPA Bylaws:
The Management & Finance Committee’s responsibilities have been revised to include oversight of the financial audit. The Audit Committee would no longer be noted separately in the Bylaws.
ACPA Code of Ethics
Per standard operating procedure, ACPA’s Code of Ethics were reviewed and edited by an Ethics Ad-Hoc Committee, appointed by 2023 ACPA President John Caccamese. The revised Code of Ethics were presented to and approved by the ACPA Membership.
