ACPA Team Approval

All ACPA Approved Teams demonstrate they meet the Standards for Approval of Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Teams to ensure quality of patient care.  The listing of ACPA Approved Teams is a reference for anyone with cleft and craniofacial healthcare needs.

Cleft palate and/or craniofacial teams voluntarily apply for review. ACPA Team Approval does not imply endorsement of any team by ACPA or the Commission on Approval of Teams.

Types of ACPA Approved Teams

Cleft Palate Teams treat individuals with cleft lip and/or cleft palate. Craniofacial Teams perform transcranial procedures.

If a Team is Not Listed

If a team does not appear on current listings, it may mean that the team either has not applied or that the team does not meet the minimum requirements for listing approval.

Listing Updates

Teams are required to provide a self-audit report annually and are asked to inform ACPA when information changes. Though ACPA does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, teams have indicated that the information they submit is truthful and correct to the best of their knowledge. Every effort is made by ACPA to present team information as accurately as possible. Please Contact Us with updates.
