2026 Key Objectives:
- Establish working subgroups to narrow focus of the committee, consisting of: Mentorship, Internal Promotion, Broaden Disciplines, Lived Experience
- Assist with launch of formal mentorship program, including enhancing the member directory with specialty tags, and coordinating activities at the annual conference.
- Enhance organizational inclusivity and connection, including a focus on underrepresented disciplines such as social work, and the creation of psychoeducation and empowerment initiatives for individuals with lived experience.
