Our first priority at all ACPA in-person meetings and events is the safety and welfare of our attendees, exhibitors, partners and staff.

Masks

Face masks combined with other preventive measures, such as getting vaccinated, frequent hand-washing and physical distancing, can help slow the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19. Masks will not be required at the 2023 meeting, however we strongly advise monitoring current conditions and CDC guidelines. ACPA’s attendees are expected to respect the decisions of individuals.

Vaccination

ACPA recommends that all attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, in accordance with CDC guidelines. This section will be updated with information should there be any changes to meeting policy. As of this writing, proof of vaccination for the 2023 meeting is not required.

Policy Modification

Government and public health guidelines and restrictions, and business and industry best practices regarding COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines are changing rapidly. As new information becomes available, and further research is conducted, ACPA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in its sole discretion to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs, consistent with its commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for people to gather.
